He has brown hair and glasses, and likes to wear sweatshirts, his beanie cap (to cover his greasy hair), and is always in jeans and sneakers. Personality: He's shy and introverted for the most part. Spends a lot of time studying and preparing for exams. Jason isn't good with people and has poor social skills. He didn't have many friends at his last school and isn't terribly good at meeting new people. History (Please write at least four/five paragraphs here. I'm not really big on this whole blogging thing, but I have to do it for a class, so I figured I'd just bite the bullet and get it over with. I probably won't be putting much personal stuff in here, so if you're looking for that, don't bother. Oh, and I might frends lock it for some of the entries, so if you don't see anything it's 'cause I don't know you. Let's see, I'm supposed to put in my family history here. I was born in Phoenix. Kind of a cool place to be born, actually. Especially since I believe in reincarnation. And my family moved to St. Louis when I was 6. We lived there for a while, but then when I didn't fit into school very well, they sent me up to this boarding school outside of Kansas City. It's pretty cool, and not too far from home, but I'm kind of having a hard time making friends here, too. My grandma says there's something seriously wrong with me and she actually told my parents they should check me into the hospital. Can you believe that? I'm, like, really mad about it all. There's nothing really wrong with me. Something wrong with her Anyway, I suck at html and stuff, so my journal's gonna suck balls in terms of how it looks. So, yeah, that's about it. Maybe I'll meet some cool people online, too. IC Log Example (at 150 words, 3rd person): It was a Dark and Stormy night... Jason crumpled up the piece of paper and thew it in the basket. His English teacher seemed cool enough to understand a lot of things - including writer's block - but he couldn't live with himself if he didn't finish this short story on time. Of course, he might be able to concentrate if his mother hadn't walked in on them earlier that day. Why wouldn't she believe that it was Carson's idea? Carson with his hippy-dippy parents. Carson the one who was always experimenting with stuff. Of course he'd want to experiment with that too. It only made sense. Why he had to choose Jason, though, was another matter. And the fact that Jason liked it - or rather wasn't repulsed by it - that was something else entirely. He was sure that if he'd had a chance with a girl, he'd like kissing her, too. Just as he was re-starting his assignment, the door to his bedroom opened. "You're transferring to another school," his father said, without a hint of expression. "In two weeks, you'll be going off to a boarding school - Goldfinch Academy. It's not too far from here. About four hours. Will be best for everyone." Jason glared at his father. Of course they'd make this decision on their own, too. Not like he had any say in anything that affected him these days. "Fine." And it wasn't as if he'd be leaving any friends behind. When the door closed, Jason threw his pen against the wall and kicked his chair back across the room. With a huff, he threw himself on his bed and punched his pillow before burying his head in it. "Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!" he yelled into the muffled down. Fine then. If they wanted to get rid of him, they'd get rid of him. And he'd be rid of them, too. He was the smartest kid in his class, had Universities courting him since 9th grade, and he would make it in this world without his stupid family and their stupid, narrow-minded ideas. "Wasn't even my idea," he muttered to himself. | |||||||||
